Our work environment is fast paced, complex and uncertain where stress is inevitable. Stress results in numerous concerns which tend to snowball into mental and physical illnesses when left unresolved. Mindful yoga practice can increase bandwidth and productivity of employees, leaving them feeling fresh, light and empowered to do more with power and passion.
Hatha is a branch of Yoga whose practice involves breath, body, and mind. Hatha classes are usually 45 minutes to 90 minutes of breathing, Yoga poses and meditation – focused mainly on holding static asanas or postures while focusing on your breath to build strength & stamina
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a traditional, highly active and dynamic form of Yoga. When practiced correctly, it demands a high degree of focus and concentration, generates an internal heat that cleanses and purifies, creates a strong, supple body, and brings clarity to the mind. And those that practice it passionately find the Ashtanga Vinyasa system delivers rapid progress and tangible results.
Prenatal Yoga is a type of Yoga designed for pregnant women. Yoga is intended to create a balance between emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual dimensions. Prenatal Yoga is about helping you prepare for childbirth by relaxing the body and focusing on safe techniques and poses in all stages of pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga can also help pregnant women stay active and relaxed during the pregnancy.
Pranayama in its basic essence prepares you for meditation. Meditation is a mindful art of doing nothing, which may be hard to do for many of us, given our constant impulse to act in order to achieve something. What makes it easier and more effortless for us to meditate is pranayamas. When the prana flows through the body-mind complex smoothly without resistance, you are likely to be more centered, meditate better and deeper. Pranayamas are a mechanism to eliminate the need for you to ‘focus’ or ‘concentrate’ in order to dive within yourself, because breath as a tool is the most powerful and simplest of ways to unite the mind, body and spirit in meditative awareness.
